The ongoing cost for licensing is $80/user/month or $960/user/year. This includes both the Salesforce and XLR8 licenses bundled. The licensing fee also covers updates and new releases for both Salesforce and XLR8, ongoing client support, access to the XLR8 XCHANGE, various opportunities for continuing education and product/industry specific webinars. Through Salesforce, licenses have an annual commitment. This means that although we allow for monthly payments, you are committed to the full year cost of the licenses you purchase.
Transition Project
The one-time Transition Project cost is determined by the specific implementation requirements of each firm. We conduct a Statement of Work process that allows our transition team to determine and respond to the needs of each unique prospective client. During the Statement of Work meeting, our team will review the source and structure of data to be migrated, the integrations to be included, any customizations the firm may desire, and the Training program for users and System Administrators. The Statement of Work call should be scheduled when a firm reaches the point when XLR8 seems like a good option and the details of the implementation are needed. We do not charge for this meeting and afterwards a project plan and estimate is delivered. This allows each firm to consider the cost and timeline of their project prior to making a final decision.
